Returns and cancellation period
You have 14 days after receiving your order to tell us that you would like to cancel or return your item. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to send the item back.

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help you with the next steps.
Refunds
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be returnable once opened or used, unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect.
