How long does UK delivery take?

Our estimated UK delivery time is 3–15 business days after order processing. Processing usually takes 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the product, supplier, courier and seasonal demand.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking code by email. Tracking information may take 3–5 business days to update after dispatch.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@amoripet.com. We can only make changes before the order has been processed or dispatched.

Can I return a product?

Yes. You have 14 days after receiving your order to tell us that you would like to cancel or return your item. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to send the item back. Please see our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us at support@amoripet.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help you with the next steps.
